Dr. Roe is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a member of the American College of Physicians (FACP). He is a certified cardiac device specialist through the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners. Dr. Roe also serves as the subsection chief and director of the echocardiographic lab and cardiac rehabilitation at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Dr. Roe received his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. He completed his internship and residency at the William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, where he also served as chief medical resident, and completed a fellowship in cardiology at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.
