Frank R. Kolucki Jr., M.D., FACOG, graduated from Georgetown School of Medicine in 1992 and completed his OB/GYN residency at Georgetown University Hospital as chief resident in 1996. Dr. Kolucki currently serves as chairman of the department of obstetrics at Moses Taylor Hospital, as well as serving as a National Advisor for Commonwealth Hospital systems OB/Peds Council. Dr. Kolucki is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and sees patients in our Scranton-Quincy office.
