About
Francis Hamm, M.D., FACOG, received his medical degree from Georgetown University in 1986. In 1990, he completed his residency in OB/GYN at Oakland Naval Regional Medical Center in Oakland, California. Dr. Hamm served as a U.S. Navy OB/GYN physician from 1990-1994. He is currently on staff at Moses Taylor Hospital. Dr. Hamm sees patients in our Scranton-Quincy, Clarks Summit and Carbondale offices.
