Commonwealth Health provides free, convenient, online self-scheduling for patients. This service allows patients to check-in for estimated treatment times at our emergency rooms and convenient care centers or book appointments for healthcare services.

Emergency Care*
Find projected treatment times at two Commonwealth Health emergency rooms. Instead of sitting in the waiting room, enjoy the convenience and comfort of waiting at home. Once you arrive at your designated time, you will be promptly seen by a healthcare professional. This service does not allow patients to skip in front of other visitors; all patients are seen based on the hospital’s standard triage and queuing process. Online check-in should not be used for emergencies.

Because our ER and urgent care staffs must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time is not guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible. All patients will receive a medical screening exam at the emergency room regardless of ability to pay. This does not apply at urgent care centers.
