Michael Rittenberg, M.D., is a native of the Wyoming Valley and has been in practice since 1987. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. After graduating from Wyoming Valley West in 1973, Dr. Rittenberg received a BA with honors from Wesleyan University in 1977. He earned his MD from Jefferson Medical College in 1981, and completed a residency in urology at Thomas Jefferson University in 1987. He is the author of numerous articles in the urologic literature and serves as a preceptor for numerous urologic companies, teaching novel procedures to other urologists and staff. He has become recognized for his knowledge and experience in minimally invasive surgery, including endourology and robotics. Conditions Dr. Rittenberg treats:
